Please read through all TOS before contacting!
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.General terms
-Please write in a clear and precise manner.-Provide neat references.
Not a wall of text.
-Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
-Follow any extra rules occurring with any websites such as twitch, or twitter.
-If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.Pricing
-Prices are subject to change depending on complexity of drawing.
-I have the right to reject any order.
-Currency accepted is either USD or CAD and can be paid through PayPal.
-Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after the Art is complete.
-Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.Extra payments
- Any more then 3 large revisions will be charged a $5 per revision after.
- Secrecy fee of $15 if you would like your art to not be drawn on stream, or any sneak peaks posted on any of my social medias.Commercial use
-A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 100% of original price.
-With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
-Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.Refunds
-The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the lineart for the commission, if you do not like the sketch I will refund you half of the 100% amount.
-If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.Process
-You will get updates of- each sketch process (body shape, clothes, face, pose etc.) lineart completion, base coloring, then the final product will released to you after final payment.Time
-The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 2 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work.
- I will inform you if your commission will take me longer then the regular turn around time.
